In with the new and out with the old

I note that Sydney has become a city of renovation,old buildings in ruin, restored and made new, old homes and city flats given a revamp and then sold for a fortune ,why not.
In some places you can't believe that the small lots of land can hold the number of units going on them.
The renovation industry has been well advertised on all media and more recently reality tv shows have fueled the trend, no more just slapping up some paint, home renovaters have emerged from the  woodwork, large hardware chains cashing in on the current renovater frenzy why not. 

Cannot believe the amount of litter on the streets of sydney

I am a proud aussie and remember campaigns and clean up australia days and adverts on the telly, people use to be pretty diligent so I thought ,what's going on now. I have returned to the city for a spell I am gobsmacked by the amount of  rubbish on footpaths,roads and parks.We need to bring the advertising back .
